Are you receiving Hemodialysis 3x weekly for end-stage renal disease?
Are you receiving any approved erythropoiesis-stimulating agents (ESAs)?
Is your Serum ferritin ≥ 100 nanograms per milliliter (ng/mL)?
Is your Hb values range between 8.0 and 11.0 grams per deciliter (g/dL)?
And
You DO NOT have a history of chronic liver disease.
And
NO Active bleeding or recent blood loss
