SCNHC
South Carolina Nephrology & Hypertension Center (SCNHC) is an extensive nephrology practice with a database of around 4000 patients that manages patients locally and in clinics throughout central South Carolina. Our clinicians also see patients at Regional Medical Center and Colleton Medical Center.
We have a working relationship with Fresenius Dialysis Centers at 5 locations around the Orangeburg area:

- Holly Hill
- New Orangeburg locations.
SCNHC also works with Vascular Access Institute and has over 20 nephrologists and over 3,500 Dialysis patients. This relationship, along with its principal investigators, staff, and research facilities, has made SCNHC an established presence throughout Central South Carolina.
